Classical Osteopathy for carpal tunnel

Release the tension of carpal tunnel syndrome

Tingling and numbness in your hands can be uncomfortable, distressing and stop you from doing your day-to-day activities. Tunbridge Wells Osteopaths provides expert treatment to alleviate the pain of carpal tunnel syndrome.

What is carpal tunnel syndrome?

Carpal tunnel is a condition that can cause pins and needles and pain in the middle three fingers of your hand. Although carpal tunnel can sometimes get better by itself, symptoms may come or go for years on end.

The syndrome is caused by compression of the median nerve. This is a major nerve in your arm and hand that controls movement and feeling in your fingers. When the nerve is compressed (or ‘pinched’) in the wrist, it can cause carpal tunnel syndrome.

How can Tunbridge Wells Osteopaths help your carpal tunnel syndrome?

Going to an Osteopath for carpal tunnel support is a natural, effective and non-invasive way to help you manage your pain and help your hands to become more mobile.

At Tunbridge Wells Osteopaths we use a wide range of techniques to release the tension caused by compression of the median nerve, including draining excess fluid. We also give you exercises to release tension around the nerve.
